Real Wicks strives to provide the best possible product for our customers. Yet with this being a homemade product you might find minor flaw details in our candles but rest a sure these have no affect on candle performance. In addition all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped to you and due to the nature of our products all sales are final and there are no returns once shipped.

In the event the product is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) in exchange for  a brand new candle or request a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 5 days of delivery.Please submit a photographic proof of the damaged candle when request is made
